Production Supervisor
Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες: • Επίβλεψη και συντονισμός των γραμμών παραγωγής • Παρακολούθηση των αποδόσεων των μηχανημάτων παραγωγής • Επίβλεψη, καθοδήγηση και συνεχή εκπαίδευση των εργαζομένων ευθύνης του • Βελτιστοποίηση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας με στόχο τη διασφάλιση της μέγιστης παραγωγικότητας, με το μικρότερο δυνατό κόστος • Έλεγχος του παραγόμενου προϊόντος σύμφωνα με τις ποιοτικές προδιαγραφές • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα Διασφάλισης Ποιότητας και Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου για τη διασφάλιση πολιτικών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας σε όλους τους τομείς της παραγωγής • Συνεργασία με τον Buyer της εταιρείας, προκειμένου να εξασφαλίσει τη διαθεσιμότητα των α΄ υλών . • Δημιουργία, καταγραφή και ανάλυση δεικτών (KPIs) παραγωγής με στόχο τη βελτιστοποίηση της παραγωγικότητας • Προσδιορισμός αιτιών των προβλημάτων παραγωγικής διαδικασίας και εφαρμογή πλάνου ενεργειών για την αντιμετώπισή τους Προφίλ: • Πτυχίο Επιστήμης και Τεχνολογίας Τροφίμων ή Χημικού Μηχανικού • Τουλάχιστον 3ετή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, σε περιβάλλον βιομηχανίας τροφίμων και ποτών • Καλή γνώση χειρισμού MS Office • Γνώση συστημάτων ERP, θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν • Kαλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας • Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα • Ισχυρές διαπροσωπικές, επικοινωνιακές και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες • Ικανότητα εκτέλεσης πολλαπλών καθηκόντων ταυτόχρονα και απόδοσης σε συνθήκες πίεσης • Ευελιξία Εργασίας σε βάρδιες Η εταιρία προσφέρει : • Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών • Σύγχρονο και δυναμικό περιβάλλον εργασίας • Διαρκής εκπαίδευση σε μια ταχέως αναπτυσσόμενη επιχείρηση • Κουλτούρα που επενδύει στη συνεχή ανάπτυξη και τις νέες ιδέες

Sales Operations Specialist
Role mission: As a Sales Operations Specialist you will be participate in the design and the optimization of sales processes and systems that will help the sales team achieve their goals and operate more efficiently. This position involves a high level of responsibility, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Main Responsibilities: • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators. • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency. • Organizing data and generating deep customer insight • Preparing and analyzing forecasts and provide market analytics • Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business. • Cooperating with other departments (sales, marketing, finance community) on a day-to-day business matter • Supporting Sales team in new Leads searching, in communication with potential clients, in offers etc • Analyzing and evaluating value stream mapping • Manages the dispatch and monitoring of the sample dispatch process Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Administration/ or a related field. • MSc degree in Finance/Statistics would be a plus. • Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar position • Strong computer and analytical skills required (Advanced Excel a must), enhanced systems literacy. • Very Good written and spoken English. • Power BI & SAP knowledge will be considered as an extra asset Competencies • Strong organizational & communication skills • High attention to detail • Able to handle complexity & manage priorities • Results orientation • Ambition to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment The company offers: • Competitive salary • Health Insurance • Prospects for growth and development

About the Role: Manage packaging exploration, innovation and project development for different applications across all Paliria global businesses. Responsibilities include the entire development process; from front end innovation, idea exploration and creation, staging through development; industrialization and post launch evaluation. Main Responsibilities: Material Expertise • Evaluate and select plastic and metal materials for new and existing food packaging applications based on product compatibility, barrier properties, processing requirements, and regulatory compliance. • Stay current on emerging material technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for improved performance, sustainability, and cost savings. • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and source new or custom materials tailored to specific needs. Packaging Design & Development • Partner with product development and marketing teams to design and develop functional and visually appealing packaging for various food products. • Ensure packaging designs meet all technical requirements, including shelf life, safety regulations, and stackability. • Conduct and oversee testing of prototypes to assess performance and identify potential issues. Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance • Proactively identify and implement best practices for sustainable packaging, considering material choices, recyclability, and end-of-life management. • Maintain awareness of evolving food safety and packaging regulations, ensuring all packaging designs meet relevant standards. • Stay informed on industry sustainability initiatives and contribute to the development of our company’s packaging sustainability strategy.
