Key responsibilities:
- Provide basic support for the company’s internal order processing systems and applications
- Offer daily technical assistance to users (PCs, printers, network issues, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment (hardware/software)
- Record and resolving basic technical issues
- Communicate with external partners or the central IT department abroad when needed
Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field (University, TEI, or Vocational Training)
- Basic experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts
- Good command of English
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Knowledge of SAP or experience with ERP systems will be considered a plus
- Driving license
