Main responsibilities:
Receive & process incoming emails & Chats.
Communicate with the customers over the telephone to provide proposals & available options for their travel needs.
Manage flight cancellations and rebookings.
Process daily operational tasks
Requirements:
At least 1-3 years experience as a Travel Agent
Advanced knowledge of at least 1 GDS (Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre)
Troubleshooting & analytical skills
An eye for details
Critical thinking
Excellent communication skills
Must be fluent in Greek & English languages
Desired knowledge of Farelogix & Liknoss/ Certus
Nice to Have:
Previous Experience in a Travel Agency (OTA/TA)
Experienced in the Customer Care sector
IATA Certified and written communication skills
