Role Overview

In this role, you will support the operational functions of our retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Store ManagersRegional Sales Managers, and HQ team, to implement and maintain operational standards, improve processes, and enhance overall store performance to ensure their proper functioning. This role guarantees that all operations are conducted efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations and company standards.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Support the development and rollout of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all store locations.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily store and head office operations to ensure smooth and effective performance across the network.
  • Oversee the procurement, allocation, and control of store and office supplies across multiple locations.
  • Provide structured administrative support, including reporting, documentation, and maintenance of operational records.
  • Actively support new store openings, coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure timely and successful launches.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues across stores, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
  • Ensure compliance with waste management and environmental policies across all locations.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors for cleaning, disinfestation, and disinfection services.
  • Oversee cash management operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls.
  • Coordinate security operations across stores, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the retail network.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a Store Manager / Area Manager within a retail (preferably fashion/clothing) environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Good understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel for professional purposes.
