Systems Administration Lead
Let’s begin with the role:
The System Administrator Lead will support and manage core systems, networks, and cloud services while helping improve reliability, security, and scalability. This role is a perfect match for someone with solid hands-on experience who is ready to take more ownership of systems and projects. The position will report to the ICT Supervisor.

Administer and support Windows servers and enterprise applications.
Manage identity, access, and security controls (Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA).
Monitor and maintain network components, including switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Support virtualization environments (Hyper-V) and assist in capacity planning.
Maintain backups, patching schedules, and system security practices.
Troubleshoot and escalate when needed.
Assist with cloud service management (Azure, O365).
Document configurations and contribute to process improvements.
Provide Tier 2/3 support and mentor junior team members when appropriate.
What will you bring:
3–5 years of experience in system administration or a related IT role.
Experience with Windows server administration.
Solid working knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
Hands-on experience with virtualization environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and identity management.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to independently manage tasks and small projects.
The following will be highly appreciated:
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
Experience with scripting (PowerShell).
Exposure to monitoring systems and configuration automation tools.
Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
