We are looking for the right candidate who will fill the position of Trainer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our employees
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop customized training solutions.
- Coordinate and prepare educational spaces, holding seminars and events.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Updates the file of training participants
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
Requirements
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR, or a related field ,
- 3 years of experience as a Trainer, of which 1 in conducting and organizing training programs ,
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills. ,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ,
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ,
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. ,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems. ,
