We are looking for the right candidate who will fill the position of System Engineer.
Role:
The holder of the position will provide support to the internal users of the head office and the branch network, ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of the company’s information system.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and controls the good operation of the critical network infrastructure and ensures the timely resolution of problems.
- Takes care of the installation of servers, operating systems, and their maintenance.
- Participates in the control of the operation of the software in collaboration with the analyst/programmer.
- Monitors the progress of the maintenance contracts of the relevant equipment from the suppliers in accordance with company procedures.
- Provides technical support to users.
- Technically assist the company’s telephone network.
- Technically assist the company’s computer network.
Requirements
- Studies in Informatics (AEI/TEI/IEK) ,
- Experience of more than 3 years in a corresponding position of responsibility ,
- Proficiency in English at a written and oral level ,
- Excellent knowledge: in installation/maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server systems (Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, File Services etc) ,
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Azure services; including deployment, resource administration and maintenance ,
- Good knowledge of: SQL server, Database administration, Scripting PowerShell ,
- Good knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting ,
- Acquaintance with: Office 365 Administration, SCCM, VMware products, Web scripting tools ,
- Desirable experience in: LS Retail NAV & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations,
- Ability to identify priorities and time management ,
- Responsibility and multitasking ability ,
- Analytical thinking and detail-oriented ,
- Professional behavior and team spirit ,
