The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in our operations, ensuring that products are received, processed, and dispatched promptly and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the End-to-End Operations of the Central Warehouse
- Determines product handling and storage requirements to develop warehouse operations systems. Develops, implements, evaluates, and applies policies and procedures.
- Establishes, follows, and applies safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements.
- Develops and implements effective warehouse layout that accounts for product flow, equipment, and product handling systems.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Follows and applies safety and dangerous goods standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements.
- Participates in ongoing education to update job knowledge.
- Works with high standards and is personally ambitious.
Requirements
- Higher Education in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Other Related fields
- Experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the Retail Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of English; both orally and in written
- Proficiency in MS Office.
