Responsibilities
- Provide secondary level support for business applications, assisting in incident and problem management while offering guidance to first-level support agents.
- Collaborate with IT peers and application support & development vendors to identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementing enhancements.
- Conduct analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization under supervision.
- Aid in translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to define problems and evaluate potential solutions, assisting in assessing technical feasibility of alternatives.
- Assist in authorization set-up, user documentation creation, user interface design, and data migration and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions in alignment with business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of education. ,
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, with exposure to business application support and analysis. ,
- Desired familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. ,
- Practical experience in capturing business requirements, handling support and improvement tickets, and managing demand for IT services. ,
- Excellent command of English and Greek languages ,
