We are currently looking for a Site Mechanical Works Manager to join our team in our Athens Offices.  

By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing and managing mechanical construction and installation projects at the construction site.

Your role will encompass:

• Collaborate on project plans, timelines, and budgets for mechanical works
• Efficiently manage resources for timely and high-quality project completion
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations for a secure working environment
• Monitor and control the quality of mechanical installations
• Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams for various mechanical installations
• Manage the project budget and adjust as needed to stay within constraints
• Maintain project schedules, addressing any delays promptly
• Resolve technical issues during the mechanical works phase
• Keep accurate documentation of project progress and issues
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders about the project’s progress
• Provide leadership and supervision to on-site mechanical teams

What you bring to the role: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field ,
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical construction and project management, with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role being highly beneficial ,
• A comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, components, industry standards, codes, and best practices is necessary, 
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols relevant to mechanical installations and construction sites is essential ,
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members, clients, and stakeholders ,
• Ability to effectively identify and address technical issues and challenges ,
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques for planning, scheduling, and budgeting ,
• Capability to lead and motivate a team of workers to achieve project goals and objectives ,
