We are currently looking for a Senior Rewards Specialist to join our Rewards & Performance CoE team part of our Human Resources Division
By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining Compensation & Benefits policies, ensuring talent attraction and compliance. You’ll conduct job evaluations, participate in market surveys, develop Long-Term Incentive Plans, coordinate expatriation packages, and contribute to the annual increases cycle based on performance and equity.”
Your role will encompass:
- Maintain Compensation & Benefits policies to ensure alignment with the Group philosophy to attract & retain talents and compliance with regulatory framework
- Perform quality checks for the Job evaluation process for the new positions and revaluation
- Participate in C&B market surveys to review and ensure that the Reward & Benefits policies maintain external competitiveness and internal equity
- Develop Long Terms Incentive Plans, paid in cash and shares
- Coordinate Expatriation and Repatriation packages for all expatriates in all regions
- Coordinate annual increases cycle based on performance, external and internal equity
What you bring to the role:
- 5+ years’ experience in a related role ,
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. ,
- MSc in HRM or MBA will be considered as an asset ,
- Proficiency in MS Office ,
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English language ,
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail ,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills ,
