We are currently looking for a Alumina Sales Assistant to join our Sales Department, in our Athens’s Offices.
Alumina Sales Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and requests.
- Receive and process customer orders for alumina products.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, organizing sales meetings, sending quotes and proposals to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, orders, and transactions.
- Prepare sales contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Communicate with customers to provide information, order updates, and address any questions or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.
- Addressing internal requests for sustainability related issues.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, market indexes and other relevant sales-related data.
Requirements
- University or Technical degree in business, marketing, or related field ,
- Excellent command of English ,
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office ,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills ,
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities ,
- Adaptability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment ,
- No prior sales experience is mandatory although 2-3 years at sales support will be a plus ,
