Our IT team is growing, and we are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to join our Infrastructure team.
You will be called to:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting & adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor and test security & network systems
- Collaborate with:
- different teams across the organization and partners to identify, select, and implement technical security controls
- experienced partners to design and implement security measures, features and controls
- Configure and monitor Microsoft cybersecurity solutions
- Develop and implement:
- solutions to address security audit results
- new and existing cloud security and infrastructure technologies
- security controls on Microsoft Azure Office 365, Checkpoint email and collaboration
- Ensure:
- secure configurations of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and other endpoint management systems to effectively manage endpoint devices
- security tools are running properly on company networks and devices
- Provide training and guidance to employees on cybersecurity issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to have :
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Experience in information security roles (3+ years)
- Experience in working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties
- Awareness of common cyber threats (attack vectors, attack development scenarios) to the modern cloud environments
- Good understanding of networking technologies, cloud computing, zero trust solutions, SIEM, and endpoint management
- Understanding of IP networks, routing, switching, VPN, and firewalling
- Relevant certifications which may include Microsoft 365 or Cisco will be highly appreciated
