We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Support Associate to play a pivotal role in the success of our Sixt Division.
The position requires the candidate to:
- Address customer requests and create a memorable customer experience
- Develop & maintain exceptional relationships with customers
- Manage day-to-day operations and the creation of offers
- Ensure all client documentation is in line with legal and company requirements
- Follow up on sales leads, nurturing potential opportunities for conversion
- Contribute to the execution of the Sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Assist in the development of marketing programs to generate demand for the product
Requirements
The position requires the candidate to have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical, negotiation and Persuasion skills
- Excellent communication skills both in the Greek and English language
- Expert proficiency with the MS Office suite
