We are looking for a Host for our Porsche Division for the Porsche Center Athens in Metamorfosi!
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all arriving guests and treat them with excellent hospitality, and guarantee a pleasant experience
- Create an appropriate atmosphere for guests that’s in line with Porsche standards and branding
- Manage bookings, either in person, over the phone, or online, ensuring all customers’ inquiries are addressed with discretion and professionalism
- Assist clients and internal team in processing financial service application and other documents
- Prepare vehicle invoices and coordinate payment schedules
- Draft tailored offers and sales contracts for clients
- Maintain an organized and secure database of clients and transaction records
- Ensure the receptionist area is flawless and reflects our brand’s standards of luxury
- Coordinate the efficient distribution of all incoming and outgoing emails ensuring timely receipt and delivery
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality or luxury industry
- Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another field
- Excellent command of the Greek & the English language
- Experience with the use of MS Office Suite
