Your everyday work-life
- Enable and coach 1–2 Scrum teams to excel through Agile values and practices
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, fostering transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized backlog
- Track and share Agile metrics to improve delivery, quality, and team performance
- Identify and remove impediments by collaborating across teams and stakeholders
- Support Agile maturity by coaching stakeholders and working closely with other Scrum Masters
As an ideal fit, you should have
- 2+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, beyond ceremonies and tools
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- A coaching mindset, focused on empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt to change and keep teams focused and engaged
- Fluency in Greek and English
