KORRES is looking for a talented Internal Lawyer (In-House Legal Counsel) to join its Legal team. Our ideal candidate is a bright and ambitious lawyer that focuses on delivering work of high quality, commits to a high level of service and has the ability to build strong intra-company relationships. We expect that you have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to lead and manage projects and work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities  

  • Provide timely and practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards; advise on data protection, consumer law, and competition law issues.
  • Manage and coordinate legal disputes, litigation, and claims; liaise with external counsel where required.
  • Support corporate secretarial matters, board documentation, and governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Law degree and license to practice law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership).
  • 1–3 years of professional legal experience, preferably gained in a law firm or in-house environment.
  • A Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a prominent university in Greece or abroad will be considered an asset.
  • Expertise in commercial, corporate, and regulatory law.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance, GDPR matters, and employment law.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and provide business-oriented solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent command of the English language.
  • Computer literacy.
