Description
About the role:
KAFKAS, the leading distributor of electrical equipment in Greece, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will act as a key link between our clients and our cutting-edge solutions, ensuring their technical and business needs are fully met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical matters
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Support Engineers to ensure client satisfaction and resolve technical challenges
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
- Collect client feedback and relay it to relevant teams for continuous product and service improvement
- Deliver client training sessions and develop clear, detailed product documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience with industrial products and applications (e.g., PLCs, variable speed drives, sensors, instruments) is considered a plus
