- Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner.
- Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling of items or services at the point of service.
- Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales.
- Be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience.
- Understand customer’s needs and latest industry news and trends.
- Ensure the Brand’s image is always portrayed positively.
Requirements
- Candidates without any prior experience are highly encouraged to apply as training would be provided.
- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Brand Promoter will be advantageous.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Sales-driven and result-oriented person.
- Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff.
