Financial & Business Analyst – Paiania (Headquarters)
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Analyze financial data and present key findings to management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support business performance analysis by providing insights into operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience within Financial Analysis – Business controlling or Accounting department
- Advanced MS Office and Data Analysis skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask
- Experience using SAP and BI tools will be considered as an asset
- Excellent English, written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
