Description
To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team a Financial Controller.
Main Responsibilities
Support the FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Lead financial statement analysis to evaluate performance and position.
Analyze costs and financial data to drive efficiency and cost control.
Provide actionable insights into manufacturing KPIs, variances, and cost drivers.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting and internal controls.
Lead strategic projects, business cases, and investment evaluations.
Deliver high-quality financial reports, KPIs, and insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
4+ years of experience in FP&A or Financial Controlling within pharma or industrial manufacturing.
In-depth understanding of financial statements and their preparation.
Previous work experience in accounting or audit will be considered an asset.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Excel, with strong PowerPoint skills.
Experience with BI tools is a plus.

Στον τομέα της έρευνας και ανάπτυξης η εταιρεία επενδύει στη δημιουργία του Athens LifeTech Park, που αποτελεί το πρώτο Πάρκο Βιοτεχνολογίας στην Ελλάδα. Το προσωπικό της ELPEN ξεπερνά σήμερα τα 1.250 άτομα, ενώ οι νέες επενδύσεις της θα δημιουργήσουν 600 νέες θέσεις εργασίας και μάλιστα για εργαζόμενους υψηλής εξειδίκευσης.
