We are looking for a talented & passionate Commercial Trainee for the Commercial Department, based in our offices in Athens or Heraklion, Crete. The role offers a comprehensive introduction to the commercial operations of a sporting goods company, providing valuable experience and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, market positioning, and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of market analysis reports.
- Provide support to the commercial team in preparing presentations and trade activation proposals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the forecasting process.
- Assist in the roll out of marketing campaigns and promotions to ensure alignment with in time product availability at point of sale.
- Support in budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Student in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
- Strong Computer skills included Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Fluent in English both written and orally is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills, written and verbal
- Passion for Sports & Fashion
