As we scale our operations across stores and digital channels, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end warehouse operations, leading and developing a team of 70+ warehouse employees. This hands-on role ensures efficient receiving, storage and distribution while driving operational excellence, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency. Reporting to the Logistics Director, you will work closely with the warehouse team to enhance daily performance and contribute directly to business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute the warehouse operational strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, in collaboration with the Logistics Director
- Coordinate operational planning to support increased demand during peak periods and campaigns
- Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities without compromising service levels
- Introduce best practices for receiving, storing and shipping products
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid shortages
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders to support overall business performance
- Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of inventory records
- Drive operational performance through structured KPI management and data-driven insights
Systems & Automation
- Drive automation projects within warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technological tools for inventory tracking and management
- Ensure proper system utilization, data integrity and operational visibility
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance and other departments, to align operations with demand planning and business strategy
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all operational activities
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to proactively address facility and equipment issues
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications are a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role with direct team responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated experience owning operational KPIs and driving measurable performance improvements
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Demonstrated capability to motivate, while maintaining high engagement and morale
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify inefficiencies and implement structured solutions
- Excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment, without compromising performance or quality standards
