🗝️ Unlock Your Marketing Potential with Avis Greece – Sales Coordinator 🗝️

In this position you will be part of our LTR Department, and you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Long-Term Leasing Department and our Sales Consultants but also maintaining excellent client relationships. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support to the Department’s daily operations.

🎯Your Mission:

Works closely with the sales team and prepare quotes
Contacts clients and coordinates any necessary action
Handles and resolves any client requests, in cooperation with the sales consultants
Assists in sales process whenever necessary
Prepares quotes for promos
Gathers information from the competition and report weekly
Tracking pre-purchases inventory
Keeps up to date the company’s Information system

Requirements

Bachelor degree
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
Excellent command of MS-Office applications
Customer service orientation
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
