🗝️ Unlock Your Marketing Potential with Avis Greece – Sales Administrator 🗝️

In this position you will be part of our LTR Department, and you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Long-Term Leasing Department and our Sales Consultants but also maintaining excellent client relationships. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support to the Department’s daily operations.

🎯Your Mission:

  • Contract Administration: Prepare, issue, and review long-term rental agreements, lease contracts, and corporate frameworks.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant before activation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Legal department to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
  • Inbound Inquiry Handling: Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Client Onboarding & Follow-up: Guide approved clients through the administrative onboarding process via phone and email.
  • Archiving: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all historical rental records and active accounts.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of MS-Office applications
  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
