🎯 Your Mission:
- Conduct research of needs and manage relationships with existing and new clients
- Handle clients requests
- Provides customer service and be responsible for complaints management and problem solving
- Development and maintenance of the existing portfolio
- Organize, allocate and track targets by generating aggregated and individual reports
- Conducts sales in accordance with used car sales processes
Requirements
🌟 What Spells Success: Your Qualifications
- University degree
- 1 year of working experience in similar position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of car specifications will be considered as an asset
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written).
- Any additional language will be a plus
