As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring the accounts receivables, contacting the customer for collecting the overdue amount and secure company’s credit policy. In addition, you will analyze the on-going customer financial information and you will report streamlines for potential bad debt risk.
🎯 Your Mission:
- Participating in the effective debt collection.
- Monitoring the customer payments ensuring the credit lines of the company.
- Monitoring the receivables and manage the reconciliation of accounts and securities.
- Communicating with clients to manage collections.
- Handling of customers’ claims.
- Preparing the deposits data to entry the company’s system.
- Working closely with sales department and legal department.
Requirements
🌟 What Spells Success: Your Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or in relevant field. Any master degree will be considered as an asset.
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written).
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
- Time management skills within a dynamic working environment.
- Negotiation skills and organization skills with attention to details.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
