Job Description
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our top qualified team in our Athens Office.

Qualifications
What you will need to do:
- Execute complete international transportation packages of materials and/or equipment until the final delivery of our various Projects.
- Collaborate with Logistics service providers to negotiate and maintain favourable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Analysing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
- Handle administrative responsibilities which include support to the Logistics Management and the team.
- Provide advanced administrative support to the Company Logistics S/W -training to Logistics S/W users and support Logistics team.
- Deliver reports, including shipping variances, commodity tracking, Logistics KPIs etc.
What you will need to have :
- Minimum one to three (1-3) years’ experience in Logistics and transport operations preferably in project cargo, freight forwarding or shipping company. ,
- MSc or BSc degree in Shipping, Logistics, Computer science and technology or relevant field Knowledge of international transport processes, Custom regulations, and procedures ,
- Good working knowledge of Incoterms 2010/2020 ,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities ,
- Excellent co-operation and interpersonal skills while working in a multicultural environment. Fluency in the English language is essential. ,
- Very good knowledge of MS office ,
- Commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. ,
- Presentation and reporting skills as well as ability to interface with Projects/Divisions. Completes and files required paperwork. ,
- Provides other support tasks as directed by the Logistics Management ,
