HR Business Partner (OTT Platform)
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to support day-to-day HR activities and partner closely with the business on people-related matters, ensuring smooth operations and a consistent employee experience.
Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal and company standards
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, contracts, benefits, and HR systems
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, ensuring consistency integrity across systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Partner with business units and hiring managers to support recruitment needs end-to-end
- Coordinate hiring processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Support workforce planning and headcount tracking in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Support employee lifecycle activities and contribute to a positive employee experience Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR topics
- Monitor & support broader HR initiatives (e.g. performance management, development) as needed
- Support employee relations topics, ensuring a fair and consistent approach
- Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Support engagement and culture initiatives that contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in HR roles, ideally in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner position
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HR operations
- Experience supporting recruitment processes and working closely with hiring managers
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
- Experience managing employee documentation and HR systems (HRIS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
