Description
As a Reception Officer for our garage in Aspropyrgos you will be part of our Car Maintenance team and you should be able to welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Registers accurate details regarding vehicle intake at the workshop to facilitate the repair process.
- Keeps customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs and provide estimated completion timelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, call
- Assists with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and updating customer information in the system
- Collaborates effectively with technical advisors to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Handles customer complaints and issues with empathy and strive for satisfactory resolutions.
- Ensures the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Upholds company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- 1 year of experience in Customer service
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to take ownership and confidently resolve problems
