Description
We are looking for a Junior eBusiness / eCommerce Specialist to join the eBusiness team of a multinational organization. The role focuses on daily eCommerce website operations and online order support within a structured, product-driven environment.
This is a hands-on, operational role, ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience or relevant studies who want to grow within an international digital setup.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Operations
- Support product feed management (attributes, descriptions, images, data feeds)
- Assist with online merchandising (categories, listings, promotions)
- Ensure correct indexing, page structure, and product visibility
- Perform quality checks and support product uploads & updates
User Experience & Web Operations
- Ensure a consistent user experience across the website
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams
- Participate in testing new features and website improvements
- Proactively suggest operational and workflow improvements
Online Order Support
- Support daily online order handling and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics
- Monitor and report recurring operational issues
eBusiness Operations
- Maintain documentation and structured processes
- Support ongoing eBusiness initiatives
- Collect internal and user feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce / digital operations
or relevant studies with hands-on exposure - Basic understanding of eCommerce websites and order flows
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail and structured mindset
- Business-level English and clear communication skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Intershop, etc.)
- Familiarity with PIM, CMS, or product feeds
- Basic knowledge of online merchandising or analytics
