Overview
TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist for our Head Office in Athens. The position reports to the Sales Administration and Data Support Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support the internal Sales Department to achieve accurate and effective representation of customer details, prices, and discounts in the SAP SD system.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and correct invoicing.
- Monitor customer group invoicing according to needs.
- Liaise with subsidiary teams to complete daily processes.
- Develop and maintain information archives for the Internal Sales Department.
- Participate in projects aimed at process optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Sales Department.
- Communicate with stakeholders and gather market trend information.
- Conduct internal sales audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Business Analytics.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of SAP SD and SAP BW.
- Experience in applying Statistical Analysis and Business Research principles will be considered a plus.
- Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written).
- Initiative-taking for problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data and information from various sources.
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders of various hierarchical levels and departments to understand needs and propose solutions.
- Ability to understand the company’s vision, translate it into strategic goals, commercial actions, and operational levels. Translation of goals based on a detailed analysis of data and elements into performance indicators (KPIs)
