We are looking for Java Developers that are willing to work as contractors (rolling contract) for a Global Technology Consulting Organization in the Banking Sector.

Αρμοδιότητες

As a Java Developer, you will:

  • Work with a highly-performing team of experienced professionals, responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs to improve our clients’ services by translating their strategic goals into real technology solutions, developing business cases, IT strategies and roadmaps
  • Work at the border of Business and IT to envision, estimate, define, build and deploy our solutions to improve clients’ delivery approach
  • Support the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements.Assisting in implementing analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology
  • Assist in the development, implementation and management of technology-based business solutions to improve our clients’ delivery approach
  • Code, test and implement configuration changes and assist in the design of software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements
  • Work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for iconic brands

More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

  • Aiding the development of product and design specs for the components you’ll be working on as part of any new build
  • Owning design, implementation, and testing for the system for those components
  • Designing documentation for assigned system components
  • Implementing and executing tests of assigned portion of system components
  • Recommending improvements to assigned portion of system components
  • Communicating with members of other departments and other members of development to ensure effective implementation
  • Going beyond standard duties and responsibilities to champion small details, spotting opportunities and adding extra value for our clients
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Very good educational background in IT or in a numerate discipline (such as Engineering, Mathematics etc.)
  • Knowledge of Java, Jakarta EE, Web Services, PL/SQL, JSP, Javascript, Databases, Spring Boot
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
