Description
At Sfakianakis Group, a leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven After Sales Area Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will support, guide, and develop our network of authorized service and spare-parts partners, ensuring high-quality after-sales services, customer satisfaction and profitability.
After Sales Area Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supports the network of authorized service and spare-parts partners across all after-sales activities.
- Ιmproves partner performance by providing ongoing technical and commercial support to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Monitors customer satisfaction, reviewing feedback and key performance indicators to identify improvement areas.
- Proposes and implements initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall after-sales performance.
- Develops and executes initiatives that strengthen after-sales services and customer experience.
- Travels within Greece to support the partners network in the assigned region.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of automotive industry practices and standards
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel regularly within Greece
