SEPHORA Greece is interested in hiring of Area Manager reporting directly
to the Sales and Operations Director

The main mission of the position is to ensure the effective management and operational
supervision of the business units of his area. To implement the company’s strategy,
profile and philosophy, by sharing information and “vision” to the stores.
To implement and achieve the company’s targets and expectations.

Operation in a commercial environment through which, the Area Manager can develop the company’s brand name,
image and establish the company’s function.

Technical skills
  •   University degree, on Business Administration or other relevant fields like Marketing
  •   A Master degree would be a plus
  •   Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory
  •   Good knowledge of the French language would be a plus
  •   Computer skills (word, excel, internet, power-point)
  •   Min. 3-4 years of similar work experience
  •   Travelling to areas of his interest is mandatory (Athens, urban cities and Islands)
  •   A driving license is needed for the position
Job Description 

The Area Manager is responsible for:

  •         Daily store visiting and communication with stores of his scope
  •         Sharing the Company’s vision and priorities to Sales teams of his interest
  •         Store supervision (in matters of techniques, store appearance and store operation).
  •         Analysis, information, result-oriented actions regarding results vs targets
  •         P&L monitoring of the stores with action-oriented proposals
  •         Budget monitoring for the stores of his interest
  •         Organization of in-store events and PR
  •         Coaching the Sales teams and involvement in Development plans of the people
  •         Performance Evaluation and follow up of Sales team
  •         Evaluation of HR topics within the stores of his interest
  •         Participation or Project Leadership to Company projects
  •         Collaboration with teams of Head office, for progress/needs of the stores
