The role

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develops new business from existing clients and actively seeks new sales opportunities
  • Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Facilitates the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders preparing related reports
  • Develops new business with existing clients and/or identifies areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecasts and tracks key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborates with commercial and sales team to identify and grow opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in sales with specialization in Ho.Re.Ca industry
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Solid experience with ERP software
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent use of the English language, both written and oral
  • Fulfilled military service (for men)
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization specialized at Ho.Re.Ca industry
  • Strong listening, negotiation, presentation and organizational skill
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

  • Master’s degree
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team spirit & cross functional collaboration skills
