The Role

Lead the Transformation efforts within the company with the help of external consultants, managing projects and ensuring alignment with Group’s Executive Committee members and multiple functions. Responsible for recognizing areas for improvement within the company, identifying and implementing necessary changes to enable business units to perform at their optimum ability.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the delivery of projects and initiatives that support strategic and tactical business requirements
• Work closely with Executive team to fully understand their strategic and operational requirements
• Engage business leaders in analyzing performance, determining processes and tools to improve and drive the programs and governance to implement these improvements
• Identify concrete opportunities on how to improve operations and processes, identifying quick wins and transformation plan and act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and innovation that values learning and a commitment to quality
• Set targets (financial and business) and develop the appropriate KPIs to monitor performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Strategy roles , Business transformation and Project Management ,
• Good understanding of Retail industry  ,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and use data to drive decision-making ,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders ,
• Change management expertise to guide teams through transitions effectively ,
• Innovative mindset with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies ,
