The role
Responsibilities:
- Creates pixel perfect graphics, banners, newsletters and responsive landing pages ensuring brand’s DNA consistency across all channels of communication
- Creates design executions focused on user experience, with the understanding of how they would be developed in front-end code, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Works with web developers to apply style and user interface design to web applications
- Concepts and creates animated and static assets for social media
- Stays updated regarding design trends and developments in technology (particularly mobile), and integrates them into our environment and practices
- Translates a design idea to all possible devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and is aware of the limitations they provide
- Collaborates with copywriters and understands the impact in the design process
Qualifications/People Characteristics:
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Approximately 4-6 years of proven relevant professional experience; portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your specific contribution may be required
- Expert experience with design tools; Figma, Adobe Suite, Asana, Microsoft Office, Keynote
- Environmental design & printing experience will be appreciated
- Ability in editing video content and creating motion graphics
- Enthusiasm & result orientation
- Responsibility & detail orientation
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written & oral
- Fulfilled military service for male candidates
Desirable Qualifications/People Characteristics:
- Master’s degree
- Understanding of UX design practices
- Knowledge of mark up languages such as html, css and javascript
- Drive & self-motivation
- Team spirit, undertaking of initiatives & innovative mindset
