The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Solar Systems Project Manager, where you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of this exciting transition and make a positive impact on the environment and our customers’ lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manages relationships with installers, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Manages effectively multiple competing demands, timely and in an accurate manner
• Negotiates contracts with vendors, including prices and terms of payment
• Schedules work crews, orders materials, and tracks progress
• Monitors project performance and ensures that the project is completed in compliance with the agreed guidelines, on time and within budget
• Manages all aspects of the project, such as selection and coordination of contractors / installers, ensuring compliance with respective regulation
• Works with sales force to determine consumer needs, designs custom solutions, and estimates relevant costs
• Communicates project’s status on a regular basis and provides updates on any changes with regards to the timeline and/or the plan

Qualifications/People characteristics:

• BSc in Engineering ,
• Proven experience in the Energy sector; experience in the realization of solar systems-especially in the residential sector-will be considered an advantage ,
• Demonstrated experience in project management & supporting implementation plans ,
• Advanced knowledge in solar systems products (such as PV modules, inverters, energy storage systems etc.) ,
• Familiarity with industry standards & regulations ,
• Excellent use of MS Office ,
• Excellent use of the English language, both written & oral ,
• Highly developed communication skills ,
• Leadership skills & effective cross-functional collaboration ,
• Drive & Influence ,

Desired qualifications/People characteristics:

• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex challenges in the solar energy sector, finding innovative solutions to drive project success
• Proven capacity to adapt to evolving project demands, market dynamics, and industry regulations, ensuring flexibility in project execution
