The role

Responsibilities

• Liaises between stores & central warehouse in order to organize and document a reverse logistics plan
• Creates orders so as to execute the agreed reverse plan
• Coordinates the intra-warehouse & store-to-store stock movements
• Administers stores’ availability tickets
• Collaborates closely with the commercial/warehouse/stores teams for effective problem solving

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or relevant field
• Ideally 1-2 years of relevant experience in a relevant role
• Experience in the Retail industry will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; especially of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
• Developed communication skills
• Problem solving aptitude
• Drive & results orientation

Desirable Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• SAP user or other similar software system
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Team spirit, undertaking of initiatives & innovative mindset
