As Head of Data Monetization & Dynamic Pricing your key assignment will be: Drive strategy and operations that monetize the data ecosystem of Public Group including all commercial & customer streams leveraging tech & AI-powered infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily Dynamic & Automated Pricing Optimization / Competition Intelligence in alignment with Commercial team, making data-driven decision using new breed tech, Machine Learning and AI
• Initiate price elasticity studies and drive impactful bottom line insights
• Lead Customer Analytics & CVM insights to increase customer base, reduce churn, increase CLV, apply RFM analysis and develop cross-selling and up-selling strategies
• Drive Assortment Intelligence & insights to identify opportunities in the product assortment on key market segments
• Drive the Valuable Customer & Commercial Data Insights Sharing program with Vendors to allow them identify opportunities grow their revenue
• Initiate Content Data Syndication to optimize Productivities
• Improve Data Quality across channels
• Enable the power of AI to produce impactful outcomes
• Lead a team that is focused on pricing, commercial analytics & customer data
• Advanced business intelligence & reporting with data modeling, integration, visualization and data governance

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in Pricing and Big Data in complex environment in terms of channels and size
• Master’s Degree in Economics, Data Analytics or related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful monetization strategies and driving revenue in a digital first & fast paced environment such as Retail, Telco, Travel, Gaming, etc
• Strong combination of deep analytical skills with commercial mindset
• Experience in project management, problem-solving and processes development
• Being a team leader showing interpersonal skills with growth mindset
• Any knowledge of coding (SQL, Python, etc..), PowerBI and SAP is a plus
