The role
Responsibilities:
- Develops new training programs to help agents improve their skills and knowledge in specific areas such as customer service or technical support
- Designs digital & print educational material (e.g., videos & manuals)
- Conducts training classes in various topics around Contact Center (e.g., effective communication skills, conflict resolution skills etc.)
- Ensures that training materials and presentations are constantly updated
- Ensures new hires take on basic sales training courses, including communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Identifies individual and team skills gaps
- Trains experienced employees in new or existing procedures with the aim of improving their performance.
- Measures training effectiveness and prepares individual or group progress reports
- Monitoring call center activity to ensure that agents are handling calls efficiently and effectively
Qualifications/People Characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a relevant position
- Professional experience in the Retail industry will be considered as advantage
- Familiarity with modern educational methods
- Highly developed communication skills & presentation skills
- Organizational skills with effective time management
- Keeping abreast of developments within the Training field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written & oral
- Fulfilled military services for male candidates
