The role
Responsibilities:
- Monitors calls and communicates findings/data to Management Team
- Ensures that Call Center agents provide customers with the right solutions
- Uses quality monitoring data management system to collect and monitor performance, both at team and individual level
- Participates in customer listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations
- Works with the Management team to improve training and Call Center processes
- Provides feedback to Call Center Team Leaders
- Supervises and guides Call Service Advisors where required
- Provides insights for processes and practices improvement, to ensure sales quality and optimize efficiency
- Coordinates and facilitates call review sessions for Call Center employees
- Assists with new employees’ training and retraining, when required
- Completed military service for male applicants
Qualifications/People characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of the English language, both written & oral
- Developed communication skills & team spirit
- Customer centricity
- Self-motivation & enthusiasm

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective time management
