Responsibilities:

• Direct communication and support to our Τhird Party Logistics Provider (3PL)
• Manages the communication between the collaborating departments
• Supports the daily operation of the Central Warehouse
• Provides weekly Reports on the key operations of the Logistics department
• Monitors the progress of daily KPIs
• Supports the Stores Network during the returns process
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Provides daily supervision and direction to a small team of staff
• Participates in the process of returning goods to suppliers
• Participate in the return to Suppliers process
• Contribute to Logistics related projects

Requirements:

• Higher University education degree
• Minimum 2 years of relative experience
• Retail Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (mainly Excel & PowerPoint, Word)
• Very good English language knowledge (written and oral)
• Excellent SAP knowledge (Supply Chain Modules)
• Good communicator and highly responsible character
