We are looking for the right candidate who will fill the position of Product Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing communication with all stores, supplies, and head office departments to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Places orders and controls pending matters
- Communicates with internal and external suppliers regarding product prices and quantities, as well as controls on-time deliveries within the schedule
- Keeps records and enters data into the company’s product platform
- Organizes and participates in commercial policy actions of the department
- Analyzes data and supports the implementation of product range decisions
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar background
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a relevant field in retail company
- Familiar with ERP and excellent user of MS Office suite
- Fluent in English language, both written and oral skills
- Outstanding communication skills, professionalism and responsibility
- Ability to identify priorities and multitasking
