Responsibilities

• Develop & oversee the overall E-mail Marketing Strategy of the Brand.
• Create and implement engaging email marketing campaigns from design briefing and copywriting to newsletters set up and send out.
• Oversee e-mail database growth, lead generation initiatives and support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails.
• Monitor & Optimize E-mail Marketing Campaigns by implementing segmentation, A/B testing and email marketing automation.
• Implement on digital marketing campaigns eg. landing page, upload content and promotional banners in site through CMS.
• Identify trends and email marketing strategies and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics.
• Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field ,
• 1-2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in retail industry or an agency   ,
• Digital Marketing Diploma will be considered an asset (eg. Digima, Knowcrunch ,etc.) ,
• Experience with email automation tools and other platforms (e.g., Moosend, CRM, Analytics) ,
• Good knowledge of MS-Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas etc). ,
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and experience creating engaging content ,
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability ,
• Copywriting/copyediting abilities & exceptional communication and writing skills (GR & EN) ,
