We are looking for the right candidate who will fill

the position of Business Applications Specialist

Role:

Provide functional support on all business applications in the company’s portfolio, handling demand for improvements, and prioritization for implementation, with a focus on Business Process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collects business requirements and maps these to functional and technical design
• Conducts business process analysis, develops functional specifications and data mapping, and conducts prototyping and system configuration
• Meets with users to define problems and evaluate solutions
• Prepares all information needed to clarify the data structure and provides specifications to developers
• Designs and implements the UI and security role for each specific role
• Ensures Key User testing of software for accuracy and problem resolution

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent ,
• 3+ years of experience working in a business application specialist role. ,
• Excellent command of English and Greek languages ,
• Analytical and numerical thinking ,
• Detail oriented ,
• Team player ,

Experience with:

• ERP implementation, configuration, or support
• Use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP / Finance & Operations, or AX is obligatory
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
• Microsoft Cloud (Power platform)
• LS/NAV
