Responsibilities:

• Controls and ensures the good condition of the electromechanical equipment (Medium Voltage, Transformers, generating pair, batteries, UPS, lighting, active systems fire protection, microphone, alarm, CCTV) of all facilities
• Prepares and submits the responsible Installer (PSE) statements for the company’s facilities
• Carries out of the market research of external repair partners
• Checks and certifies the result of each construction to ensure the effectiveness of repairs
• Performs regular checks to diagnose technical problems
• Collaborates with internal services and the Authorities, for the presentation of documents, plans, certificates, and anything else required by the Department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2-5 years of working experience in a similar position of responsibility, preferably in a retail company
• Knowledge of processing files for Building Services
• TEE member with professional certification as an electrical engineer use of MS Office suite
• Knowledge of MS Project will be considered as an asset
• Familiar with English language, both written and oral skills
• Emphasis on detail
