As Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for recognizing areas for improvement within the company and identifying and implementing necessary changes to enable business units to perform to their optimum ability.
Also, you must review new and existing processes, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the company infrastructure where necessary.
Most likely you work as a strategy/change consultant in a management consulting firm, and you would like to challenge yourself by facilitating the strategic direction of a company as well as driving the right business transformation or you have extensive experience from similar positions in other companies.
You need to have a proven track record from driving several change management activities on larger projects including demonstrated ability to cooperate well with others and work in a structured and analytical manner and understand human interactions and dynamics.

🎯 Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties
🎯 Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives
🎯 Strategic outline of change management including behavior and culture elements
🎯 Outline approach and manage communication and execution
🎯 Stakeholder management
🎯 Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address these
🎯 Deliver visibility in cost elements and structures and estimate the size of prize compared to industry peers and best practices
🎯 Identify concrete opportunities on how to improve operations and processes, identifying quick wins and transformation plan
🎯 Positively change behaviours to enable a more ‘cost conscious’ organisation and deliver enhanced ways of working to increase productivity
🎯 Design fit for purpose organization
🎯 Implement automation of manual processes
🎯 Review shifting patterns and optimizing to retail traffic
🎯 Create a system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organization, present any findings, and propose actions
🎯 Assist in the preparation of a weekly presentations to demonstrate the progress of the implementations to Management Committee and facilitate decision making
🎯 Define with Business Units and IT business requirements and technical specs document
🎯 Set targets (financial and business) and develop the appropriate KPIs to monitor business performance
⚔️ More than 5 years of relevant experience within Business Consulting, preferably in the Retail Sector
⚔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or other related fields
⚔️ Proficient at producing and presenting reports
⚔️ Proactive and able to use initiative
⚔️ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff, at all levels, and third parties
⚔️ Good leadership skills and ability to work well within a team
⚔️ Very good Knowledge of English (written and spoken language)
⚔️ Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
