Your Mission:

🎯 Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Paid Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max and Affiliation strategies and tactics (planning, creating, optimising & manage campaigns including ad copies/audiences, keyword research)

🎯 Ensuring campaigns are set up with best practices and quality and routinely optimized for maximum efficiency, according to KPIs and defined targets

🎯 Support the Performance Marketing team with key insights and ideas to help drive strategy forwards

🎯 Measure, evaluate and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

🎯 Track budget pacing and manage the budget in campaigns

🎯 Make recommendations for improvement based on individual data analysis and Google Analytics data

Your Armory:

⚔️ At least 2 years of hands-on experience on the following platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, preferably handling campaigns in the retail sector

⚔️ Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or NTUA

⚔️ Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task to clear timelines

⚔️ Strong sense of ownership

⚔️ Eager to learn, and have a passion for digital marketing and eCommerce

⚔️ Excellent Analytical Skills required

⚔️ Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills

⚔️ Experience using Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

⚔️ Self-motivated, passionate & detail-oriented professional who excels working within a team and embraces cross-department collaboration

⚔️ Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills

⚔️ Google Ads & Analytics Certification

⚔️ Fluency in English (verbal & written)

⚔️ Fulfilled military service (for men)
